After years of experience working behind the bar, Jean-Pierre provides now bar consultancy services, managing venues, designing and perfecting menus and teaching others the skills and etiquette of bartending. Previously owner and manager of Sins bar Gemmayze and Eden Cocktail bar in Badaro, he owns and manage now Eden mobile bars (edenbars.me) providing bar catering services, beverage consultancy and bartending courses.
