Lebanese Chef from the Bekaa, Rasbaalbeck Town,  he opened more than 10 five stars Lebanese restaurants in different states between Lebanon, Dubai, Jordan, Egypt and Qatar. He innovates and creates unique dishes inspired by Lebanese cuisine using Lebanese ingredients specially spices and fresh herbs: mint, parsley, oregano, garlic, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. He aims to add new dishes regularly on his menus to surprise customers.
