INGREDIENTS |
• 400g minced meat lamb
• 100g lamb fat
• 175g bourghol
• Salt & pepper
• 6 mint leaves
• 2 branches of marjoram
• 1 small onion
• 1 spring onion
• Olive oil
PREPARATION |
1. Mix all together in a food processor, add some ice cubes for a smoother mixture.
2. Roll into small balls and place to serve.
3. Add olive oil on top when serving and garnish with mint (optional)
