I come from a long career in advertising where I was leading a multinational media agency in Lebanon and later in Algeria. When I moved to Jeddah, I reconnected with my passion for cooking and established “Love in a Dish” with the simple objective of telling a story through my cooking, my writing, my food styling and my photography. It is then that I realized that my passion could become my vocation, so I went into training and then worked as a Food stylist with important production houses and clients in Saudi Arabia and later on to setting up a catering & event planning entity and most recently I am in food consultancy.
Philosophy
Food is medicine, the food you eat is an investment in your future health. Food should tell a story. Food should be made with love.
Inspiration
Most of my food memories relate to my grandmother whose kitchen was very renowned.She was an exceptional lady and she's my inspiration in everything I do in life.
