This commitment to fresh, locally sourced produce translates into a menu that defies convention. Accordingly, it offers unexpected combinations and challenges traditional dining norms. Instead of the typical starters, mains, and desserts, Les Dangereux presents menus tailored to the guest’s preferred duration, creating a personalized and immersive dining experience.

The Treats menu tempts patrons with quick yet exquisite options such as Caviar 2.0, Prawn and Yellowtail, and Oysters and Steak. Meanwhile, the Feast menu showcases the culinary versatility of a single ingredient, exemplified by the various transformations of the Black Foot French Poulet Rouge. On the other hand, for those seeking a more extensive exploration, you have the Le Excursion menu.
