GET TO KNOW CHEF GUILLAUME BONIN
Guillaume Bonin started his apprenticeship through the baker’s CAP in 2007, at the age of 15. He obtained his CAP in 2009, then obtained his BP Boulangerie in 2011, followed by his CAP Pâtissier in 2012 and his Brevet de maître Boulangerie in 2016.
Guillaume Bonin did all his apprenticeship with Mr. Fontanelle, his training master, and was hired by the latter when he completed his training. In 2014, he moved to the “Ma Boulangerie” bakery, where he became manager and finally a training master.
This training master status made him want to be a professional trainer, and it was then that he joined the Groisy Campus in 2019 to become a bakery trainer.
