INGREDIENTS |
- 700g melon
- 110g water
- 190g sugar
PREPARATION |
- Cut the melon into small pieces, add the water and mix them with the hand mixer until you have a purée consistency.
- Add the sugar and mix well for 1 min
- Put the mixture in the ice-cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- When done, remove the sorbet from the machine and serve immediately or store it in the freezer in an airtight container.
