Doha’s vibrant culinary scene reached a prestigious milestone with the MICHELIN Guide Doha 2025. The first edition, unveiled at the iconic Raffles Doha on December 12, 2024, celebrates 33 standout restaurants, highlighting the city’s rich gastronomic diversity and global influences.
The MICHELIN Guide awarded one MICHELIN Star each to two exceptional establishments. Jamavar showcases exquisite Indian dishes with impeccable skill and creativity. IDAM by Alain Ducasse combines elegance with subtle Qatari flavors under Chef Fabrice Rosso’s expertise, offering a feast for both the eyes and palate.
The Guide also recognized four restaurants with the Bib Gourmand distinction for delivering high-quality dining at great value:
Special accolades spotlighted industry excellence. Sirijan Saelee of Isaan earned the Young Chef Award for mastering a complex Thai menu. Morimoto Doha received the Service Award, led by Paulo Bastos and his team, who deliver outstanding hospitality. Robi Ratan of IDAM impressed with innovative mocktails that elevate non-alcoholic pairings into an art form.
