Chef Mehmet Gürs, known for his leadership at Istanbul’s Michelin-starred restaurant Mikla, is celebrated for his innovative approach to Turkish cuisine. He artfully combines traditional Anatolian dishes with modern culinary techniques.
Guests can anticipate a five-course meal designed to tantalize their taste buds. The menu includes delicate oysters with zesty pickle granita, pickled bonito with horseradish yogurt, and lavash crisp topped with delectable cheese. The main course features dishes like “Balık Ekmek” (anchovy crisp with lemon mayo) and “Mantı” (chard-stuffed ravioli with yogurt and tomato paste). The meal concludes with “Pistachio,” a dessert featuring pistachio pipes and pistachio ice cream.
Diners can opt for the five-course menu with soft beverages for AED 349 per person or elevate their experience with grape pairings for AED 499 per person.
