Mireille Rizk Corbani began her career working as a dietician at various hospitals, and wanted to utilize this experience to launch her own company. She created the concept for Le Gabarit Diet Center. With the vision for something new, Mireille began developing her business. In 2004, Mrs. Rizk Corbani started building up her small kitchen to provide nutritious diet meals, for what initially was only a few clients. As the word about Le Gabarit Diet Center spread, the business grew rapidly.
