INGREDIENTS |
- 50ml Vodka Falafel (recipe follows)
- 15ml lemon
- 15ml sugar syrup (1/1)
- 5ml Skinos Mastiha
- 5ml Green Chartreuse
- 3 basil leaves
- Garnish: herbal oil and pickled horseradish
- Glass: short glass
Vodka Falafel distillation
Preparation: 3 hours
- 500 ml vodka
- 10g falafel spices
Infuse all ingredients for 2 hours and distill on 70 degrees using rotary evaporator

Put all the ingredients in a shaker; gently muddle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
