INGREDIENTS |
Dough
• 250g Flour
• 140ml Water
• 25ml Olive oil
• 5g Salt
• 10g Fresh yeast
• 25g Semolina
• 50g Sugar
• Tomato Sauce
Vegetable toppings
• 200g Mozzarella cheese
• 100g Onion
• 50g Bell pepper red
• 50g Bell pepper green
• 50g Bell pepper yellow
• 200g Broccoli
• 100g Sweet corn
• 10g Oregano
Tomato Sauce
• 400ml Tomato sauce
PREPARATION |
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Flour, salt, yeast, semolina.Then add oil, add 70% of water. Knead the dough well until it become smooth. If required add the 30% of remaining water.
2. Rest the bulk dough for 15 / 20 minutes, flatten the doughand make in to four portions.
3. Wet hand barely with water rubs them onto the countertop to dampen the surface. Roll on the surface tighten. Cover one ball with wet cloth and rest for 30 minutes.
4. Flat the dough by hand and make in a round shape.
5. Apply the tomato sauce to the dough.
6. Sprinkle the cheese
7. Add the sauté vegetable and little oregano.
8. Pre heat the oven 250•C – 270ºC.
9. Place the pizza in the oven for 15/20 minutes.
