How did it all begin?
It all started in my kitchen: a small space filled with a big passion for food. I always wanted to do something creative. Baking combined both my love of art and enthusiasm for food.
Having graduated with a degree in hospitality management, I always wanted to have my own business. At the time, Dubai’s food scene lacked a rich pastry offering, which is why I decided to enhance my F&B knowledge with training in baking cakes and started creating tasty things for family and friends. The orders were mainly for well-designed birthday cakes and fine catering. Within a few months, the orders grew, so I opted for an industrial kitchen. Today, I deliver across the UAE

Be unique, be creative, be inspiring, be positive.

What is your dream in life ?
To be in good health, to have a positive impact on people around me and launch great concepts in the coming few years.

What are your current projects and plans for the future?

I’ve launched my cooking blog @cuisineWithNicole; the recipes are sponsored, made in a fun, useful and creative way with the sponsored products, stay tuned!

Can you share your top tips with our readers?
Always be authentic with the recipes and ingredients, we are often inspired by others in a positive competitive way but we add to it a creative and unique touch.

If you were to introduce yourself, what would you say?
I am unique but humble, creative and talented but opened to learn and to be inspired.

When did you discover your passion for baking?
When I took my first baking class,  I left my hospitality career to bake, decorate and make people’s occasions memorable.

What is your favorite dessert?
Arabic sweets although I don’t make any.

What is your preferred ingredient to work with?
Chocolate, because it is versatile and has infinite possibilities, no limitations.
