INGREDIENTS |
- 1 Egg
- 160 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of pancake mix
PREPARATION |
1. Pre-heat griddle over medium heat (190ºC / 375ºF) until drops of water sizzle and evaporate quickly.
2. Grease griddle if necessary.
3. Mix all ingredients as directed below, with a wire whisk until smooth.
4. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle.
5. Bake until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry.
6. Turn; cook other sides about 1 minute or until golden.
