INGREDIENTS |
• 30g papaya cut into thin half moons
• 500g arugula
• 1 tbsp green onions
• 30g fresh mozzarella
• 1 tbsp goji berries
• 1 tbsp thyme or 10g fresh thyme
Dressing
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of half lemon and juice of half orange
• Salt
• Fresh grounded pepper
