Poffertjes are mini dutch batter sweets that are traditional in the Netherlands (mini dutch pancakes). It officially started in Saida as a food trucfk in January 2018 . Then opened a shop in Beirut in September 2019. The shop gives you the feel of Amsterdam and a view of its canals. The mix, imported from Netherlands, is poured into a hot grill then baked until it puffs and turns into the color of gold. Melting toppings like Nutella, white chocolate and lotus are spread all over the hot Poffertjes. Then an infinite number of toppings can be chosen to further enrich the taste.
