APRICOT-GLAZED U.S. TURKEY THIGHS

INGREDIENTS |
4 U.S. turkey thighs
1 ½ cups apricot, sliced
¾ cup water
½ cup apricot jam
tbsps. soy sauce
tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. garlic powder
Dash of salt and pepper
PREPARATION |
Stir apricot with jam, water, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan over heat.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Place U.S. turkey thighs in a roasting pan.
Roast for 1 hour, turning once.
Brush with apricot mixture 15 minutes before removing from oven.
