Tell us a bit about your professional career
My journey into professional cooking began in 2018, where I learned independently through courses, books, and YouTube videos. It was a tough phase, but I gained a lot of knowledge. I won the title of “Top Chef” in 2020, and afterward, I opened my own restaurant, from which I gained invaluable experience, especially since it was my first venture.
The experience was not easy, but it was enjoyable, and the journey was filled with challenges. During this time, I also opened a bakery specializing in madeleines. Eventually, the restaurant closed for several reasons, but the lessons I learned were priceless.
What is your Philosophy/Motto?
My philosophy in cooking has always been simple, delicious, and easy food that reaches people’s hearts with love—flavors that explode in the mouth, and ideas that burst in the mind.
What is your dream in life?
My dream is to be a successful mother and businesswoman, serving my country professionally by introducing our Saudi flavors to the world in an innovative and unique way.
What are your current projects and plans?
I am currently working on several projects, including a couple of restaurants and the SamaCollection project, where I express my love for food and fashion through the design of chef jackets and cooking aprons.
