INGREDIENTS |
• 50g fresh tuna
• 50g fresh salmon
• 50g fresh yellow tail
• 5g sesame seeds
• 10g coriander
• 10g ginger fresh
• 10g spring onion
Fish marinade
• 20ml soy sauce
• 10ml olive oil
• 5ml white vinegar
• 5ml Japanese Yuzu
PREPARATION |
1. Cut the fish into small cubes. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
2. Add the sauce and the diced fresh vegetables to the fish and mix together
