1. Take a pan, put sauteed Chorizo in olive oil then add Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli, Shrimps skin-on, Baby Calamari, Octopus, Crayfish, Clams and mussels.
2. Sautéed the chicken aside till cooked, then we add it to the ingredients.
3. Add the vegetables: Bell pepper, Green peas and tomatoes cubes, one spoon of tomato paste, we add the Saffron, Paprika powder, Salt and pepper.
4. Then add the rice and we put the chicken stock till cover 2 cm above.
5. Cover and slowly reduce the heat and cook for 25 minutes.
6. Remove the cover and pour little lemon juice and sliced lemon for decoration.
