INGREDIENTS |
- 3 cups semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2.5 g vanilla sugar
- 2.5 cups milk
- 2 tsp curcuma powder
PREPARATION |
1. Mix the flour with semolina and vanilla and baking powder.
2. Mix in a second pot oil, sugar and milk and add the dry mixture over them while stirring and at the end, add the curcuma powder.
3. Pour them into a cooking tray and put in the oven preheated to 180oC until the surface is golden.
