Try these cocktail recipes to craft the perfect Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water drink for any occasion!
SOUL OF THE CITY
Serves 1 | Prep. Time 5 mins
INGREDIENTS |
- 3/4 oz. Amaro
- 1/4 oz. bitter red liqueur
- 1 oz. calvados
- Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
PREPARATION |
- Layer 1/3 of a tall tumbler with crushed ice.
- Measure the Amaro over the ice, followed by a small layer of crushed ice.
- Measure the bitter red into the glass. Then, fill the glass with crushed ice and measure the calvados into the glass.
- Finish with a full pour of Perrier Original Carbonated Mineral Water to fill the glass.
- Garnish with edible leaves and flowers to match Dwight’s color palette.
CURVE AND COLOR
Serves 1 | Prep. Time 5 mins
INGREDIENTS |
- 2 oz. blanco tequila
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. mint syrup
- 1/4 oz. blue curacao
- Dash of eucalyptus liqueur
- Muddled bell pepper
- Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
PREPARATION |
- Shake all ingredients (other than the Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water and the garnish), and pour over a large rock.
- Top with Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water, stir, and garnish with a slice of dragon fruit and yellow bell pepper.
JUNGLE VISION
Serves 1 | Prep. Time 10 mins
INGREDIENTS |
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. plum syrup
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz. cachaca
- 10 leaves mint
- Creole bitters
- Mint sprig
- Crushed ice
- Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
PREPARATION |
- For the plum syrup, mix 1 quart plum juice w/ 1 quart sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the skins of half an orange peel. Build the drink in the glass. Start with a pinch of picked mint, lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of the glass. Next pour the syrup over the mint.
- Add some crushed ice, and then use the back of a spoon to layer the pineapple juice on top along with the cachaca, lemon juice, and Perrier. Add more crushed ice (do not fill all the way to the top).
- Top with 6 dashes creole bitters. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Use over proof spirit (120 or above) to light the top on fire. (Optional).
NB: This drink/all the ingredients are meant to be swizzled/completely mixed before consumed.
