- 1 cup tahina
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup finely grated parmesan
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp thym sec
- 3 tbsp sumac
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp salt
PREPARATION |
1. Mince the garlic.
2. Put it with the other ingredients in a blender, and process.
