INGREDIENTS |
- Spinach leaves (preferably small)
- Toasted walnuts
- Toasted pistachio
- Feta cheese or Goat cheese or Labneh balls
- Dried barberries
- Sesame seeds
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- Squeeze of lemon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
PREPARATION |
1. Pick your favorite cheese: Goat cheese, feta cheese or labneh balls and roll to shape as small sized balls and set aside.
2. Place each of the sesame seeds, ground pistachio and zarashk in separate shallow plates, start rolling each ball of cheese or labneh into each plate to coat.
3. Wash and dry Spinach leaves and place on a wide dish in an overlapping way, spread the walnuts on top of spinach leaves, place the coated cheese or labneh balls & finally sprinkle sesame seeds.
4. Mix the dressing ingredients all together until homogenous and drizzle on top of salad when serving.
