INGREDIENTS |
• 100g dark chocolate
• 5g dried raisins
• 5g dried strawberries
• 5g dried kiwi
• 5g dried mangoes
• 5g dried apricots
• 5g almonds
• 5g cashew nuts
• 5g walnuts
PREPARATION |
1. Melt chocolate at 30°C in microwave. Pour chocolate into a lined pan. Spread out and flatten with a spatula.
2. Sprinkle dried fruits and nuts on top. Keep in fridge until thoroughly chilled, then break or cut into pieces.
