TakaHisa Japanese restaurant and Michelin-starred chef Mitsuhiro Kibatani from Sushi Kibatani are joining forces for an exclusive gastronomic journey in Dubai from February 2nd to 4th, 2024.
TakaHisa Japanese Restaurant is collaborating with the Michelin-starred Mitsuhiro Kibatani, celebrated for its Edo-style sushi, to present an exclusive gastronomic event from February 2nd to 4th, 2024.
This collaborative dinner guarantees a multi-course omakase menu, skillfully blending the distinctive flavors of Dubai with Ishikawa’s renowned sushi. Emphasizing traditional Japanese cuisine, particularly seafood sourced from diverse regions, the presentation is inspired by the historical charm of Kanazawa.
Chef Mitsuhiro Kibatani, a culinary virtuoso, endeavors to transport guests to the heart of Kanazawa through meticulously crafted dishes that pay homage to the city’s rich cultural heritage. Consequently, this collaboration brings Chef Kibatani’s passion for premium Japanese seafood, especially Hokuriku fish, and his expertise in Edo-style sushi to Dubai.
Moreover, Chef Kibatani is renowned for his dedication to utilizing local fish and pioneering fish aging techniques. His culinary creations not only showcase the diverse richness of Hokuriku’s seafood but also reflect TakaHisa Japanese Restaurant’s commitment to culinary excellence.
