INGREDIENTS |
• 150g sardines (bizri)
• 10g flour
• ½ a lemon
• 5g fried pita bread
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 pita bread
Sesame tahini sauce
• 150g tahini
• 100g fresh lemon juice
• 50 ml cold water
• Salt to taste
PREPARATION |
1. Fry some freshly caught sardines (bizri) tossed with flour and a pinch of salt, on high temperature for 2-3 minutes. Dry the excess oil.
2. Add 30g of tahini sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice and some fried bread to the open pita bread. Add salt to taste, wrap and serve.
