8young sweet potatoes, peeled
Young carrots, peeled and sliced
U.S. turkey breast halves
Cup chicken stock
½ cup black olives
Tbsps. vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add U.S. turkey breasts and stir until brown.
Add vinegar, stock, rosemary and salt.
Cover and simmer for one hour, or until cooked through.
Add sweet potato, carrots, olives, and leeks.
Cook for 30 more minutes. Serve.
