TWINE RESTAURANT HOSTS A FOUR-HANDS DINNER COLLABORATION BETWEEN CULINARY MASTERS
Chefs Mevish Appadoo and Dragan Susa unite to deliver a one-of-a-kind six-course dining experience in Twine Restaurant, Dubai.
Twine Restaurant, an acclaimed Mediterranean dining spot in the heart of Dubai World Trade Centre, will host its inaugural Four Hands dinner on September 28th. This exclusive culinary event brings together the talents of Chef Mevish Appadoo and Chef Dragan Susa. They will offer guests a six-course Mediterranean-inspired menu priced at AED 375 per person.
Chef Mevish and Chef Dragan will showcase their expertise and passion for Mediterranean cuisine. They will craft a menu that highlights their unique culinary journeys. A native of Mauritius, Chef Mevish blends diverse Mediterranean flavors with contemporary flair. His decade-long experience in the UAE and Mauritius has earned him recognition. Chef Dragan, hailing from Croatia’s Dalmatian coast and raised in Serbia, brings 20 years of experience. His culinary expertise spans Greece, Serbia, Croatia, and the Middle East. He draws inspiration from his grandmother’s simple, flavorful cooking.
The six-course menu starts with a collaborative dish of homemade pull-apart bread, Twine’s signature pitta, Kalamata olives, and Ajvar dip with zaatar butter. Diners will enjoy highlights such as Red Snapper Crudo, Wagyu Beef Truffle Carpaccio, Crusted Chilean Seabass, and Coffee Cured Flank Steak. Dessert will feature a reimagined Bougatsa.
Priced at AED 375 per person, this experience includes a social meet-up starting at 7 pm. Dinner service begins at 7:30 pm. Twine plans to host more Four Hands dinners throughout the year, with one event each month. Guests attending these dinners will have the chance to win a round trip for two to Greece, Italy, Turkey, or Albania, sponsored by Travel Saga.
