INGREDIENTS |
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 500 g seedless watermelon, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsps. freshly squeezed lemon juice
PREPARATION |
1. Put the sugar and water into a small saucepan.
2. Over medium heat, bring just to boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
3. Purée the watermelon in a blender.
4. Transfer to a large bowl; Stir in the sugar syrup and lemon juice.
5. Pour into a shallow dish; Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight, until firm.
6. Use a scooper to serve your guests the watermelon sorbet. Bon Appétit!
