PREPARATION
Wash the wheat, drain and place in a pot, boil the wheat with boiling water covering it and a bit more.
Cook while covered for around 1 hour or until the wheat becomes soft.
Drain the water, return the wheat the pot, add the milk, corn flour and the honey, place on medium heat until the milk boils, keep stirring until the milk thickens.
Turn off the heat, add the rose water and orange blossom water and mix.
Place in the small cups, allow to cool and cover with cling film.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, decorate and serve.
