Despite working at the palace for a little over two decades, Gomez has said very little about the presidents he has served; only that his menus change with presidential tastes and his own personal worldliness.
His philosophy is also in Gomez's stance on gastro-diplomacy. It’s basic premise is that "the easiest way to win hearts and minds is through the stomach.”.
Lara3 believes cooking should be accessible and frank. A meal doesn’t have to be fancy and elaborate to look and taste amazing. The simplest recipes executed in the right way make for food that is quite simply divine.
