- 2 ripe kiwis
- 2 tbsp sugar of choice (or honey)
- ½ cup rum
- ¼ cup water
1. Peel the kiwis and purée in food processor.
2. Stir in the sugar and let sit for ten minutes. Mix in rum, water and the purée.
3. Fill popsicle wells with just a little bit of headspace to allow for expanding during freezing.
