- 8 deep-fried U.S. turkey breast slices
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 crusty bread loaf, sliced
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of black pepper
- Mix well garlic, mayonnaise and pepper.
- Spread half bread slices with mixture.
- Top with layers of tomato, greens, U.S. turkey breast slices and remaining bread.
